This new stands makes it easier than ever for our fundraisers, patients and staff to get involved, allowing them to speak in person to a member of the charity team about the ways they can make a difference at both the Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital in Stafford.

The stand features an exhibition space, 50-inch television showcasing the work of UHNM Charity, as well as office space for charity staff.

The opening ceremony was also attended by Consultant Urologist Mr Anurag Golash, who will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro from 22 July on behalf of UHNM Charity to raise funds to improve the Urology Ambulatory Unit he works in.

Mr Golash said: “I encourage as many people as possible to get involved with UHNM Charity. Without our supporters we couldn’t continue to improve the quality of care, comfort and experience of the people who use UHNM services every day of the year.”
